I am not sure how I got to 180 lbs at 5′4, but somewhere between law school and getting married it happened. Ugh! I have finally had enough and after watching several women in my office have success with Releana (hcg), I’m ready to give it a try. I cannot fathom the 500 calorie diet I am about to go on, but am confident in the doctor’s statement that releana protects your mucles (as it does a baby when you are pregnant) and will allow me to burn fat much more quickly.
So, today is Day 1 and I took the Releana this morning. I didn’t mind the taste really. These first two days I am supposed to eat a lot of fat and then start on the 500 calorie plan on day 3. Today has been fun
Donut for breakfast, pizza for lunch…. but wait until I am living on 3 ounces of chicken and dry lettuce! However, I am incredibly tired today and don’t know if that is the Releana or just staying up too late to watch the Olympics!
I figure this blog will keep me accountable for what I eat and what weight loss I experience. Wish me luck!!
